Sugar-free chocolate chip cookies

Sugar-free chocolate chip cookies are so easy to prepare as much as they are tasty, especially when eaten freshly baked, warm and fragrant, and with the right sound and the right atmosphere.

Servings: about 50 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 5,6       oz                Organic whole wheat flour
  • 5,6       oz                Organic flour type 0
  • 5,3       oz                Butter (room temperature)
  • 3,5       oz                Dark chocolate 80 % (grated)
  •                                 A zest of 1 organic lemon (grated)
  •                                 The juice of 1 tangerine
  • 1         tsp                Baking powder
  • 1        tbsp               Honey
  •                                 A pinch of salt

Sugar-free chocolate chip cookies

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a large bowl (a).
Knead with hands first in the bowl, and when the mixture is well blended continue to knead on a flat work surface to obtain a ball compact and homogeneous.
Place the dough in a bowl (b) and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
So with a rolling pin roll out the dough to form a sheet thickness of about half centimeter and then with a cookie cutter create the desired shapes (c).
Arrange the sugar-free chocolate chip cookies on a baking sheet (d) and bake at 350 ° F for about ten minutes (e).

Biscotti al cioccolato senza zucchero

I biscotti al cioccolato senza zucchero sono tanto facili da preparare tanto quanto sono gustosi, specialmente se mangiati appena sfornati, caldi e fragranti al giusto ritmo di musica e con la giusta atmosfera.

Ingredienti per circa 50 biscotti:

  • 160      gr                 Farina integrale bio
  • 160      gr                 Farina tipo 0 bio
  • 150      gr                 Burro (a temperatura ambiente)
  • 100      gr                 Cioccolato fondente 80% (grattugiato)
  •                                  La buccia di 1 limone bio (grattugiata)
  •                                  Il succo di 1 mandarino
  • 1                               Cucchiaino di lievito in polvere
  • 1                               Cucchiaio abbondante di miele
  • 1                               Pizzico di sale

Istruzioni:

Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola capiente (a).
Impastare con le mani nella ciotola e quando il composto sarà ben amalgamato continuare ad impastare su una spianatoia fino ad ottenere una palla compatta ed omogenea.
Sistemare l’impasto in una ciotola (b) e lasciarlo riposare in frigo per una mezz’ora.
Quindi con un matterello stendere la pasta per formare una sfoglia dello spessore di circa mezzo centimetro e quindi con delle formine per biscotti creare le forme desiderate (c).
Disporre i biscotti al cioccolato senza zucchero su di una teglia da forno (d) ed infornare a 180° C per una decina di minuti (e).

    Luigi, these would be the perfect option for me. I am trying to reduce my sugar intake. Yet I love desserts and these cookies fit the bill!

      This recipe comes out just because I do not like sugar and I am so happy we are united by this same desire … anyway I hope that the tangerine juice plus chocolate and honey will give the right balance between sweet and salty : – )
