It will take only a few moves and a few ingredients in the kitchen to prepare a quick appetizer, but still delicious and tasty as the pizzette with asparagus, tomato and mozzarella.

Pizzette with asparagus, tomato and mozzarella are excellent served as an appetizer or as a snack, but it will be important, however, to enjoy them at their best, eating them freshly baked, warm, perfumed and fragrant.

Ingredients to make about 8 – 10 pizzette:

  • 1                     Roll of puff pastry
  • 10                   Asparagus
  • 2                     Ripe tomatoes
  • 4       oz          Fresh mozzarella
  •          tt            Salt

Instructions:

Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then let cool and cut into sticks.

Cut tomato and mozzarella into cubes.

Roll out the pastry, and using a pastry cutter or a cup obtain circles with a diameter of 8 – 9 centimeters (a). Prick the circles of puff pastry with a fork.

From the remaining puff pastry, cut strips of dough and superimpose them on the edge of each pizza (b). Bake in a preheated oven at 350° F for 5 minutes (c).

Stuff the pizza with asparagus, tomato, mozzarella, a pinch of salt and put in oven (d), so continue cooking for 15 minutes always at 350° F (e).

Saranno necessarie solo poche mosse in cucina e pochissimi ingredienti per preparare un antipastino veloce e allo stesso tempo sfizioso e gustoso come le pizzette con asparagi, pomodoro e mozzarella.

Le pizzette con asparagi, pomodoro e mozzarella saranno ottime servite come antipasto o come snack, sarà importante però, per gustarle al meglio, di mangiarle appena sfornate, calde, profumate e fragranti.

Ingredienti per preparare circa 8 – 10 pizzette:

  • 1                      Rotolo di pasta sfoglia
  • 10                    Asparagi
  • 2                      Pomodori maturi
  • 115     gr          Mozzarella fresca
  •            qb         Sale

Istruzioni:

Cuocere gli asparagi in acqua bollente salata per 2 minuti, lasciarli raffreddare, quindi tagliarli a bastoncini.

Tagliare il pomodoro e la mozzarella a cubetti.

Stendere la pasta sfoglia e intagliare dei cerchi del diametro di 8-9 centimetri (a). Punzecchiare i cerchi di pasta sfoglia con i rebbi di una forchetta.

Dalla pasta avanzata ritagliare delle strisce di sfoglia e sovrapporle sul bordo delle pizzette (b). Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180° C per 5 minuti (c).

Farcire le pizzette con gli asparagi, il pomodoro, la mozzarella, un pizzico di sale, rimettere in forno (d) e continuare la cottura per altri 15 minuti sempre a 180° C (e).
