Ingredients:

  • 12           oz              Wholemeal homemade cavatelli
  • 11           oz              Beans, already boiled
  • 6             oz              Tuna in oil
  • 4        spoonfuls       Pitted green olives
  • 1/2                           Onion (thiny sliced)
  • 4             tsp            Capers
  • 4        spoonfuls       Extra virgin olive oil
  •                                  Black pepper
  •                                  Salt

Preparation:

Boil the cavatelli in salted water and drain well al dente.

Season the cavatelli with the drained tuna, olives, beans, onion, capers and extra virgin olive oil.

Mix gently to assemble all the ingredients.

Serve the homemade cavatelli with tuna, beans and onion warm or cold, garnishing with a round of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of pepper.

Cavatelli con tonno, fagioli e cipolla

Cavatelli di pasta fresca, cipolla di stagione tagliata sottilmente e un buon olio extravergine di oliva saranno sufficienti per preparare questa semplice e deliziosa ricetta: cavatelli con tonno, fagioli e cipolla.

Dosi per 4

Ingredienti:

  • 340         gr               Cavatelli freschi integrali
  • 300         gr               Fagioli cannellini lessi
  • 160         gr               Tonno sottolio
  • 4       cucchiai           Olive verdi denocciolate
  • 1/2                            Cipolla (affettata sottile)
  • 4      cucchiaini         Capperi
  • 4      cucchiai            Olio extravergine di oliva
  •                qb              Pepe nero
  •                qb              Sale

Preparazione:

Lessare i cavatelli in acqua salata e scolarli ben al dente.

Condire i cavatelli con il tonno sgocciolato, le olive, i fagioli, la cipolla, i capperi e l’olio extravergine di oliva.

Mescolare delicatamente per far amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti.

Servire i cavatelli con tonno, fagioli e cipolla caldi o freddi, guarnendo con un filo di olio extravergine di oliva e una spolverata di pepe.
